The guest rooms at Solace Hotel Puerto Varas are absolutely amazing! The panoramic views of the Osorno and Calbuco Volcanoes are breathtaking, and the city views including the famous church of Puerto Varas are simply stunning. The rooms are so cozy and comfortable, with premium bedding and pillow menus that make it feel like you're sleeping on a cloud. Plus, the free wifi throughout the property is a big plus for someone like me who loves staying connected.

If I had to nitpick, I would say that the air-conditioning in the rooms could have been a bit cooler. But hey, that's just my personal preference, and I'm sure others might not find it to be an issue at all.

I absolutely loved the Solace Hotel. From the minute we arrived until the minute we checked out, everything was absolutely perfect. The staff was friendly, courteous and professional. Our room was gorgeous and immaculate. The bed was extremely comfortable and our room had a gorgeous view of the lake and volcano. The facilities are new and beautiful. Breakfast was a delicious buffet with a variety of fruit, breads, meats, cheeses, cereals and more. It is an extremely good value. Puerto Varas is one of my favorite spots in Chile and I will never stay anywhere else.

Wonderful hotel with incredible location close to the downtown area & casino, and the breakfast was enjoyable. I had a good-sized and extremely pleasant room with great bed and central heating, a safe box and multi-channel TV.

We were greeted by the nice and kind staff. The room was compact with an exceptionally comfortable bed and a large bathroom.

Hotel had great views of lake and reception staff were very helpful in booking our two day trip to Bariloche when we arrived and was able to go next day. breakfast was good and location to main square was walking distance.

The staff was very friendly and efficient, they assisted us with our baggage questions.

Poor internet, constantly having to ask to reset the router, slow connection. Staff not trained sufficiently to cope with this. Breakfast tables not cleared fast enough. Empty tables often left uncleared for too long of previous guests mess. Maybe a staffing problem as I saw a manager/owner often clearing tables after a delay.

Helpful and friendly staff, quick to assist with baggage and efficient in their services. 🎉

We had a fantastic stay at Solace Hotel. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the downtown area. The staff were welcoming and always ready to assist with any questions or needs we had. We were pleasantly surprised when our room was upgraded without any extra charges. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
